I have been keeping baggies of clean lettuce, chopped carrots, celery, onions, hard boiled eggs, .... you name it... in my refrigerator crisper drawer. When it is dinner time I pull out my drawer, take it to the counter and "viola" .. making a salad is a snap!

We all know we're suppose to wash fruit and veggies before we eat them. If you wash them before you even put them away then it cuts out a step later on when you're hungry. Wash out your crisper drawers, get all your fruits and veggies clean, and put a sign on the drawers that says "Clean and Ready to Eat!" 4
