We've all been there, you put the pasta into the boiling water and before you know it.. it's a foamy, BOILING-OVER mess! In stead of trying to pick the pot up off the burner (and risk getting burned) just blow on it! I swear this works! Just blow on the foamy boil, while turning the heat down and it will back right down! It's magic!
