Make Your Own Healthy Microwave Popcorn So Easy!

I love popcorn as a snack and would buy 94% fat free microwave 3 packs UNTIL NOW. Use a large tupperware bowl with a lid...don't seal the lid all the way around, just enough to hold it on. OR: A paper lunch sack works well. Insert 1/4 cup or less popcorn (white or yellow or whatever you like). Put into microwave for 2-3 minutes...listen for popping to slow like you normally would. (use caution if you use a glass bowl with a plate inverted for a lid as it will be hot)

MORE INFORMATION:
You do not have to add anything...it tastes fine as is. Or you can add your own toppings...salt, spray olive oil, or get creative with cinnamon, cocoa. It is so easy and lots less expensive than buying the 3 packs...and healthier since you know exactly what is on it!

    i have been killing microwave popcorn. Now I will just buy a bag of popcorn and do it myself.
