I was eating around 1200 calories a day and had lost weight, but was not losing anymore. Then a friend said the program she was on had them eat less than 20 grams of fat, with the same amount of calories. This did the trick!

    Sometimes one has to trick their own system by changing things up. As for me I lose weight when I eat less carbs, so I try to stay bewteen 60-80 carbs a day,. I also change the calories, ocassionally to 1000, 1150, 1200, 1100, 1075...that seems to work too! Good Luck!

    20 g a day would be a little low for me, 20% of calories would be more applicable.
Glad you were able to find a technique that works for you.
Remember to get the monosaturated and omega-3 fats in along with the fat soluble vitamins.
