I just wanted to share that will trying to lose weight, a few things helped me. I changed my diet and stopped eating meat..i reduced sugars because i love sweets!! I ordered the water dispensers for my home with helped me drink cold great water daily...and i used makeup! Which was something i never did but inbetween workout if i didnt lose weight or inches...Seeing a beautiful face in the mirror helped me to stay motivated.

    Not only wearing make up, but also dressing nicely. I work in a business casual environment, with periodic casual days when blue jeans and tees/sweatshirts are permitted. There are a large number of overweight people, especially women. Even when we're required to wear business attire, there are lots of folks who look sloppy. I don't know if it's because they don't care, because they can't affored more appropriate clothing, or what. I find that I feel better when I take more time with my appearance, even on our casual days.
