What can keep you from losing weight?Vitamin D is one crucial factor to me losing weight. I found this out after I got pregnant with my 5 th child. I noticed my weight gain was so much less and losing weight was so much easier. I noticed I didn't retain weight at the end of the month either.     hi i am 21 and want to lose weight i am vit d deficient as i remain homebound most of the time and after my having my baby i felt really weak and fat but now i hope after the treatment every thing will get better
