  • This is a great tip..........on 'The Doctors' they say, "Everything in moderation, some things on occasion," and Dr. Oz uses the term 'sometimes foods.' It is the only way that really works. Add cardio and strength have got yourself a way of life. - by PEDAL-PUSHER
