When I buy a snack for me. I separate it into serving sizes before putting away. That way it is a treat and not a meal. I eat 2 snack a day, around 100 calories each, but no more than 200 calories. Add the snacks into the tracker right away so that you remember them when your eating.

    I recently started doing this and it's a BIG help! Especially with nuts. When I eat them straight out of the can I've got 5 or 6 servings down before I've overdone it! That's a lot of calories.
