    Yep, I can relate. If I step on the scale first thing in the morning, I see that I'm not happy with what the scale tells me yet, and it keeps me motivated to stay on track. Especially when you see that the scale hasn't moved all week, it only makes me want to work harder!

    I agree, I have to be a slave to the scale sometimes. It helps me to stay accountable.
