Grab a whole bunch of fresh veggies and grate and chop away. An awesome healthy meal that can be a staple or goto meal. Great nutrition and not many calories. Lots of serves of veggies, good amount of carbs.

    I know - salads just help everything. I just bought a huge tupperware bowl and I'm planning on making a big salad (minus the tomatoes, peppers,avacados and cucumbers) so that it will be easy to just grab a salad any time. emoticon emoticon
