Grab a whole bunch of fresh veggies and grate and chop away. An awesome healthy meal that can be a staple or goto meal. Great nutrition and not many calories. Lots of serves of veggies, good amount of carbs.

Make an effort to get as many fruits & veggies in by lunchtime so as to reach your 8 servings daily. Put extra veggies in an omelet, make a large salad, a loaded veggie sandwich or even a nice homemade veggie soup. Even snacking on raw veggies & fruit adds up quickly & helps aid in weightloss
I use thawed frozen veggies or pop them in the microwave and throw them together with leafy greens. It saves me time and makes for a heartier salad. (I don't like too many raw veggies, so this allows me to enjoy salads!)
