Oatmeal For Breakfast - It Is Healthy & It Saves Time

Each weekday I have oatmeal for breakfast. On Sunday afternoon, I measure out my oatmeal for the week. It's easy for me to take all the containers into work on Monday and put them in my desk.

I never forget my breakfast this way, which saves me from having to stop at some fast food joint.

MORE INFORMATION:
I mix 1 packed of flavored oatmeal with 1/2 cup of the quick oats. It makes the flavored oatmeal last longer and is a very hearty breakfast.

    I do the same thing but I also add cinnamon to my containers of oatmeal and it really enhances the taste and everyone at work loves the smell as it cooks in the microwave

    I do this also. I make the old-fashioned oats on the stove and bring it to work and put it in the fridge. But I will try the cinnamon. Thanks!
