I only weigh in once a week, the very same day of the week, at the very same time of day. That way the rest of the week I am motivated to work out and eat well to see good results. and checking the scale every day isn't accurate anyways, somedays we can just be holding a lot of water or had a lot to eat the day before.
It's a new year, so start it off right by taking care of you. List the things that you want to do right this year. Check them off each day as accomplished. Strive to work harder tomorrow if you didn't achieve the entire list, but DON'T give up! You are sooooo worth the effort!!! 306
I used to eat after my daughter went to bed. Hubby would make popcorn, and we'd snack. Well I put "No eating after 9pm" on my "Other Goals". Now if I want to be able to check that off every day, and work toward my Spark streak, I have to be good! It motivates me to stay on track.
I eat my dinner, update my nutrition tracker, and see if I have room for anything else. I might have an apple or some carrots after I'm done with dinner, or maybe a glass of milk. Then I'm done. I might have water, but that's it.
