I like to use the Schedule An Appointment feature to write myself notes in the future. Esp. if I know I'll be having a rough day or week. I tell myself what day it is (presently) & either explain where I'm at, where I hope to be, &/or remind myself to stay on track!

This is almost like time travel. What would you tell yourself in the future if you had the chance?

Recently I wrote myself a letter - - a letter from my "future" self -- 'me' in two years time. I wrote to encourage my present self, explaining how I'd reached goal weight and maintained it! I answered questions I've pondered about certain issues along the way, and told myself how good it feels, no, how great it feels to be at goal weight. It's amazing! It's like I've already read the last chapter in the best book ever, in a fantastic series titled "Sparked For The Rest Of My Life."
MORE INFORMATION:
You can read the letter in my blog, titled, "Dear Me." It's like a self-fulfilling prophecy, because I know I make it, and that means I must be making great decisions now. My "future" self said I broke my candy addiction. Wondered how, I started researching some facts, and now it's happening!
Write a letter to your former self and your future self
First, write a letter to your former self outlining all the problems being overweight has caused in your life like health, relationships, self esteem etc. Second, write a letter to your future self praising yourself for achieving your goal. Then post the letter in a prominent place so you can look at it whenever you need encouragement. It works for me.
