60 To 80 Carbs Per Day

90% of what I used to eat is now off my menu and no fast foods. I try to eat between 60-80 carbs per day. My deserts are berries, especially blurberries which are high in antioxidants, edy's fruit bars, Chocolate Artic Zero or two peices of over 70% dark chocolate. Cocoa is good for the heart and diabetics. Yep, I am losing again!
