iv been at my target weight for 1 year and 4 months. iv maintained by eating lots of food that speed up your metabolism such as strawberries and other berries, and lots of salads!! this allows me to eat anything without restriction for one or two days per week!! obviously at the weekend!! i love being slim but i love the freedom of eating anything i want at the weekend!! x

I was battling the speed of my jogging for 2 years. I was stuck on 3.9 - 4.3 MPH. After trying to walk 1 minute then jog 4 - I felt I could up my speed because I got a minute break in between. That upped my regular jogging speed to 4.5 MPH.
