TurkeyTetrazzini, Turkey soup, turkey grilled cheese, turkey chili, salad with turkey chunks, turkey sandwiches, turkey quesadillas or tacos, turkey pot pies, Add leftover turkey to your any number of pasta dishes. Use shredded turkey instead of ground beef in your favorite lasagna recipe. Be sure to use reduced fat cheeses. Add 1 1/2 cups of chopped leftover turkey to sautéed onion, mushrooms, broccoli and rice cooked in fat-free broth. Sprinkle on some parmesan and enjoy!

Lots of beans...Black Beans, Black-eyed peas, Cannellini, Garbanzo, Fava, Great Northers, Kidney, Lentils, Navy, Pinto, Red beans, split peas, and mung beans.
