You can cut the sugar by one half and you can substitute half the butter or oil with a fruit puree like unsweetened applesauce, or mashed banana. You can use half whole wheat and half white flour. It has worked for me with quick breads, muffins, and cookies. Better for you and tasty, too.
Eat high fiber foods and you will eat less. Eat meals & snacks at regularly scheduled times. Eat strawberries, all berries, oranges, spinach, tomatoes, pears, cherries apples. These are high is nutrition and antioxidants which are both integral to successful weight loss. Eat spinach salads and lots of greens with a vinegarette dressing. If you must have dessert, take only half & add fruit. Eat homemade soups, less salt & more nutrients. Drink Green Tea and walk more. Eat slowly and chew

Teens will eat it if it's easy to grab and run.
Fill a large bowl with apples, clementines, nectarines and plums it makes a beautiful centerpiece and also a healthy after school snack.
