I feel i have done every thing possible to get nearer to my goal. I track everything, weigh and measure. Walk a lot and do ST. I have all my numbers in check. Diabetes, BP and Cholesterol. This week I am trying to cut carbs, it has worked but it might be too soon to say. Pat in Maine.

When I get off work every day I donate 15 minutes to cleaning my house whether I think it needs it or not. After about one month you have totally cleaned everything and gotten rid of most of your clutter.
The secret here is that after that one month of 15 minutes a day your house is easy to maintain and keep clean.
I find that eating 1200, calories Mon. 1400 Tues., 1600 Weds. and back to 1200 Thurs. 1400 Frid. etc, kept me from a plateau also varying my equipment at the gym and going to the gym at my most hungry time of the day. And always writing down my calories. Lost 118 lbs in 15 months and still going30
I hit a plateau after being with SP for 3.5 months. I joined in July. I found three wonderful articles right here in SP to help break the plateau. I would recommend reading all of them to get the complete benefit. I did and now I have set new goals for the next 4 months.244
