I am by myself and my 2 dogs and days go by without another human voice. I could be really depress but I look at all I have and have had and I am thankful. I know God is with me each day and gives me the strength in my mine body to continue on. I am not rich materially but I am in other ways.

I'm a full time college student with a full time job, it's easy to get too busy to fit in exercise. On days when I don't have much time I go to my school's track and walk during my break. It's not hardcore cardio, but every little bit counts (:

I believe...potassium rich foods make you happy. Bananas always make me feel better....I also really enjoy lentils, raisins, and sweet potatoes! If you are feeling a little blue...your potassium might be low...so stay happy and eat potassium rich foods.
I spent the day with my girlfriend and her boyfriend. She takes care of 3 women and they where there also. We all have fun together and her boyfriend teases the older women and they laugh. You can have fun doing anything if you let yourself. Smile and stay happy.
