TurkeyTetrazzini, Turkey soup, turkey grilled cheese, turkey chili, salad with turkey chunks, turkey sandwiches, turkey quesadillas or tacos, turkey pot pies, Add leftover turkey to your any number of pasta dishes. Use shredded turkey instead of ground beef in your favorite lasagna recipe. Be sure to use reduced fat cheeses. Add 1 1/2 cups of chopped leftover turkey to sautéed onion, mushrooms, broccoli and rice cooked in fat-free broth. Sprinkle on some parmesan and enjoy!

The most important meal of the day, always sets the tone to how you are going to eat for the rest of the day and feel. Always have a nutritious meal already made on hand so you don't grab the sugary cereal or cookie in the cabinet. The best ones I have are slim fast shake or meal bar or some other meal supplement. I also make 1/2 cup of egg substitute the night before so all I have to do is reheat and grab a fuit or other health carb to go along with. Remember BE PREPARED!
