Mixing in blue, feta, or goat cheese is a great way to add tons of flavor & some protein too. Beans or chickpeas add protein & fiber. Try avocados, nuts, flaxseeds, berries, chicken chunck, ham chunks, tuna, beets, bell peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, tomato and cucumber salad w/vinegar & oil, 6 Croutons & you'll get some of the crunch and flavor and fewer calories.While the good fat in olive oil provides benefits, its calories count, use 1 tbs with vinegar. Enjoy!
