  • Most successful diets are based on low glycemic foods. Eat grains that help you stay full longer like barley, brown rice, wild rice, quinoa, oatmeal with cinnamon only and some apple chunks. Eat lots of berries, and apples, peaches, pears, plums, kiwi. Instead of eating a bad snack grab a handful of frozen blueberries. Give up red meat as it causes inflammation and eat turkey, chicken, fish, lean pork anything with the word loin in it. Start eating seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and a handful of nuts like almonds or brazil nuts. Need more help just ask me. - by SUNSHINE6442
