When I Black Friday shop, I'm usually out for AT LEAST 8 hours...make sure to bring healthy snacks with you so when you get snacky you don't grab something at the register...you save money and calories!

hi all i find have snacks ready to eat when you really need a pick me up say mid morning or late afternoon i have fruit and veg ready to snack on in the fridge. carrot sticks either bought or home made which are cheaper to make yourself and you need to use some energy/calories to make them so its win win win raw broccoli and cauli are good to munch on and crispy too and grapes green or red strawberries and raspberries are easy to eat and sweet so can help with a sweet tooth too enjoy
Friday we go to the bowling alley for our Friday league prize money for what we accomplished in bowling. My team won 66 games and we will get money for that. I will be happy with whatever we get. The money I get from the teams helps pay for the summer teams.
