I always keep a bag of atomic fire balls at my desk. They are perfect to calm whatever craving I am having (cigarettes or food). Because they are a hard candy, they take forever to actually finish...so by the time you are done, you no longer want whatever it was you wanted before. Plus they are so darn hot, the only thing you will reach for when you are done is water and then more water. And in and of themselves, they dont have enough anything to ruin your meal plan for the day
I like to use a kettle bell instead of dumbbells because they make me have to try a little harder to balance. Their unique shape makes them easier to swing and do more exercises than the dumbbell.323322

Four days ago I joined SP. At that time, I replaced the computer chair with a stability ball (Swedish ball). Now, as I spend time on the computer, I do exercises on the ball. It's fun and doesn't feel like a workout, although I already see improvements in my balance on the ball.322
