Since my son was about a year old we've started changing our clocks on the Fri of DST weekends, it gives us all day Sat AND Sun to get used to the time change, helpful esp in the spring when you have to get up an hour earlier.

I am sure that everyone in the lower 48 has that issue and as one gets older it seems to be harder and harder. Maybe it will help you and if not at least a giggle. I live in a state that if you are lucky you have 5.5 hours a day of daylight in the winter however it goes the other way in the summer. No true darkness. 20 hours of bright sun and a couple hours of dusk then sun again. Great if you are an outdoors person or love to work in the yard and garden. It is hard to adjust to tho even if you have been up here for years. If you are down or sad one day tho laugh at the people that live in the great white north! emoticon - by DRSREAPER
