So I was looking for something to help to motivate me not to eat junk.
And I came up with this all on my own. lol.
Never trade long-term happiness for short-term happiness. Food = short-term happiness. Being healthy = long-term happiness.
Will that piece of food help you achieve long-term happiness??
I usually eat because I like the way things taste. Now I can look at a milkshake and think "short-term happiness".
