Grapefruit juice( non concentrate) or if you prefer freash... with apple cider vinager ,orange juice and honey
me and my husband drink this 2 x daily before 2 meals.mix grapefruit juice ( grapefruit Fat Burner) and apple cider vinegar. mix 1 cup of grapefruit juice with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, stir, and enjoy. The juice is loaded with vitamin C, which will help you burn fat faster, especially during exercise. Meanwhile, the acetic acid contained in the vinegar may switch on genes your body needs to pump out fat-burning proteins. If you find it bit tart, add 1 tsp of honey for sweetness.
pinterest also has other different recipes for this drink.
I look at inches lost, my doctor's positive feedback, increased energy and endurance levels, firmer/toned body AND I go by how my clothes fit. I buy smaller size clothing and try them on often. As the clothes start to fit, this motivates me to continue my workouts and healthy eating.
This helps with the obsession over the scale and looking at other ways to measure progress.
I love being at the gym early in the morning, but I have the hardest time actually getting out of bed . I needed something more convincing than my warm bed.
So I built a pinterest board, full of motivational quotes (http://pinterest.com/funteamparty/it-s-worth-it/) and in the morning, when my alarm goes off and I struggle to get out of bed, I grab my phone off the bedside table and read through the quotes. Sometimes just knowing they are there is enough to get me motivated and out the door.
If you don't have a smart phone, you could just as easily print out a bunch of motivational quotes and leave them on your bedside table or carry them around in your purse, for those moments where you resolve falters.
