when i'm really not feeling it... or even when i am feeling that urge to workout and do better... i like getting on pinterest.com and checking out the fitness board.... the pics will make you want to do more... and the quotes will push you to work for it and not give up! this really helps me keep my focus. by the time i hop offline i'm ready to do what i need to do to reach my goals!

    I do this on a daily basis. I especially like the little workouts that I can do at home, for those days I allow myself to skip the gym. I usually bookmark them and then just open them up when I want to work on my arms/legs/abs anything!
