In order to be successful at losing weight a person must be determined to eat healty & be active.A study from the Mayo Clinic proves that the real difference between people who are obese & those who are not is how often they stand up. Watching hours of TV makes you fat. Stop the excuses, the junk foods, bread, donuts, candy & rewarding yourself. Nothing wrong with treating yourself to your favorite foods SPARINGLY. A steak dinner here or there will not hurt. It's a lifestyle change!
