Act - Don't react. By doing this you can be constructive. In any situation if you don't respond by instinct but think a minute you can break any chain of actions from confronting people to what you eat.
Consistency! Always think then react. Choose the option that is always moving you forward no matter how big or small the step, you will eventually get there. And you will be happy and proud you thought before you reacted.
Sometimes in life, we tend to start reacting to things around us, and play the victim. We react, and feel like we have no control on making a better life for ourselves.
Well, one simple change can stop that ride, and that change is to change your thinking to using *I* in all your sentences. This puts the decision making back in your own hands, and quite often opens the mind up to see a solution.
