I have recently started a group of friends to exercise with since not everyone has schedules that match up if you have a group of exercise partners then it doesn't effect you if they "call in" you always have a back up partner and more motivation . The more the merry right??

I now have a little secret in relation to reducing my cholesterol. The people on Spark People's site provide me with support that only one other person in my life knows about. I've only been on here a short while but am feeling that I am getting somehere at last. Motivation from others was the key.250

One of my favorite ways to stay motivated is to give motivation to others. read your friends blogs and statuses and their sparkmails. Follow them on your team pages and friend feeds and give them encouragement. It gives you momentum and requires you to think yourself about your own feelings.
