Exercising or walking in the morning is a great way to start your day, makes you feel so alive and energetic. I wasn't doing any of this months ago, and since I started doing this again, I feel much more alive and energetic than I have in years!
I was sitting here thinking what I am doing and it is building blocks to a healthier life. Every day I add another block in some form and work off that. Today I bowled not great but won 2 games. Last week I could not do that so I have come a long way. 1 block at a time and you will build your life. Stay healthy, happy and alive. Smile
