Last week when I first started logging my food and fitness progress, I logged on once in the morning and wrote everything for the whole day (to save time.) I have found that it is a REAL motivator to me to know that if I deviate from what's already in "black & white" I will have to go back and change things...which is a waste of my time! So far, I have surpassed my expectations...(I don't mind going back on to add more fitness points!)
