It has been fun walking and jumping while watching TV.
My mini-tramoline has a handle bar just in case I am going fast and do not want to lose my balance. It came with a great workout from a former Ms. Olympia too! Wow... what a challenge.

When sore feet prevent you from being in the mood to exercise i just pull out my mini trampoline. This enables me to jog, walk, step in time with a walking dvd, do a cardio twist, jumping jacks and more. My favorite is the Leslie Sansone walking DVD series. Inside the house or out on the deck its a welcome change.
Last Jan. I bought a little trampoline to jump on and started "jumping" every night for 30 to 40 minutes. Sometimes, I am not home and don't have my trampoline so I put my ipod on and walk or "jog" in place to the music. I've lost 22 lbs. I do 20 min. now usually
The main thing is to be consistent. If you can't do 20 min. , just do 10 and enjoy the movement. I swing my arms too for aerobic exercise and I feel so good after I'm done!
I have a ReboundAir brand of mini trampoline. I just discovered how to walk in place on it. Alternate lifting each heel off the trampoline, without lifting the entire foot. Move your arms as you would when walking. It's quite effective!
I had been considering getting an elliptical or treadmill but this saved me money and space and is giving me a good workout. It's working my knees which I needed and wanted!
