When sore feet prevent you from being in the mood to exercise i just pull out my mini trampoline. This enables me to jog, walk, step in time with a walking dvd, do a cardio twist, jumping jacks and more. My favorite is the Leslie Sansone walking DVD series. Inside the house or out on the deck its a welcome change.
