If your 1/2 or 2/3 cup of cereal looks bleak, add one cut up banana or 1/2 cups of berries to it. It'll fill the bowl and look like a lot of food.

    I have cheerios, banana and low fat milk every morning. I use a smaller size bowlthat I can fill up instead of a bigger bowl that looks empty. It works for me emoticon

    I agree. In the morning, I look at my "part of a bowl" of cereal I think - blah and not enough. I add a couple tablespoons of freeze dried cranberries and "Yummy"!
