I do a "reality check" by observing other people in public places and asking myself who I would trade bodies with? It gives me a better sense of self esteem and a greater appreciation of myself. I'm sabotaging myself when I hold myself accountable for not being perfect.

  • I get to that critical point with myself until I really sit down and observe others how they act, how they walk and if they really look happy. Then I say to myself. I am happy to be me. Glad to be myself, Happy with my husband, family and friends expecially Spark Friends. It really makes you stop and think when you see someone struggling to walk, looking sad and you wish you could tell them hey there are Spark People who would love to take your hand and lead you in the right direction. emoticon - by MPICKHINKE
