Full fat wins! Natural fats from foraging, pastured, or wild animals and tropical oils (all non-hydrogenated) are the healthiest there is. It is what our bodies were designed to eat!

When I went low fat was when my health started downhill, but I believed the lie so much that it never occurred to me that it was more than a coincidence. I now know better.

    I totally agree wiht you concerning fats that are natural. For one coconut oil is actually very good for ones health. The fat from milk is actually good thing and one is lactose intolerant there is the option of goats milk
