For 4 years I complained to my doctor that I was tired all the time, and thirsty plus it seemed I could never quench my thirst. I had all sorts of aches and pains. I changed Doctors!! I finally went to an Endocrinologist and learned I was pre-diabetic and had a low level of Vitamin D. I now take Vitamin D and magnesium and adhere to a diabetic diet and I have no aches or pains any more. If you are thirsty or tired all the time..get A1C tested by your Doc and for a vitamin deficency.
