We all have our favorite T.V. shows, but we don't have to grow roots into the couch to enjoy the show! Get up and do something during the commercial. Pacing is good, or a small amount of aerobic exercising if you have the room.

You don't have to do a lot to have a big effect on your fitness level: a little really can go a long way.

    I love your tip because it's easy to do and practical. It's so easy to veg out on the couch, but it's so bad for the body. Great idea, thanks!
