When I type in 42 grams of pumpkin seeds, it says that I only get 3.9% of my daily requirement of phosphorous. However, this website said that 28 grams should give you 35% of your daily value for phosphorous.
Which on is correct?

I love pumpkin seeds. I knew they were good, but I didn't know how good they were for me. Thanks!
