Whether I've had a "good" eating day or a "bad" one, I can stop myself from snacking in the evening (when I'm not even hungry!) by brushing my teeth. Once I've done my nighttime brushing/flossing routine, I know the only thing I can have is water. If I do eat, I know I'll just have to go brush my teeth again...too tired at the end of the night for another round of brushing!!

I try and find things to curb late night snacking and I recently was under the weather and was eating ice chips. Believe it or not..they seem to work w/ 'mindless' night snacking.it's time consuming to chew on them and helps with 'boredom' snacking. I even bought (at the dollar store) popsicle makers..i just fill em with cranberry juice (or other healthy stuff), freeze em and they're good for late nights too!
