Exercise Early!



I try to exercise almost right after I wake up, that way I do it before I have the chance to talk myself out of it...and I never feel guilty later in the day for not exercising because it's already done!

  • I thought exercising in the morning would be impossible for me...but for over a month now, I've been waking up early and hitting the gym for 1-2 hrs. I feel great the rest of the day. The best part is, the gym is in my work building, so I can shower and go right upstairs. - by WNORMAN360
  • I agree! I just started taking my dog to the beach in the morning to watch the sun rise while we walk and it not only is invigorating, we get our first walk done in first thing before it gets hot out. We also do another big walk in the evening. - by JODI562
  • Oh, I am having SUCH A TOUGH TIME doing this!

    Here and now I commit to making this my number one and only Spark goal. I truly believe it's the key. I hope my tracking and weighing and measuring keep up... but I am stuck on building the regular daily exercise habit and I've even let 5 pounds creep back on.

    Beginning now, not exercising first thing is NOT AN OPTION.
