Doing this and adding more fruits an veggies to create a balanced diet will help you to not only lose but maintain a healthy weight.
Don't feel like cooking? With a hectic schedule it can get tough. Instead of heading for the nearest drive-thru, try a healthy meal from the freezer. There are tons of pre-made meals in your Grocer's freezer. These are great for those tired days or nights. No counting - calories are on the box.

If the idea of losing 50-100 lbs or more is to scary, then try starting with smaller goals first: ~Maybe 5 lbs.. just to prove you can do it... :) ~And then, maybe 5 lbs more - just to prove that it wasn't a fluke. :s ~Now, go for 10 lbs. Come on. You're brave! You can do it! ~And maybe even 10 lbs. more - because you're an old pro by now... :) ~So, how does 20 lbs. sound to a strong, adventurous new you? Before you know it, you'll be screaming "I've lost 50 lbs!!! WOOHOO!!!"
I start each morning with a workout, even if it just 10 or 15 minutes. I have grown to love starting my day that way. Also, if something happens and I'm unable to workout later in the day, at least I got in one workout.
