I bought a stationary bike back in January and made a deal with myself. I got really into this t.v. series that had been out for long enough to be canceled and I bought the whole series. Each episode is 45 mins long ( no commercials) and I sit on that bike and watch my show every morning. Sometimes twice a day. Anyhow now I decided I will no longer watch t.v. at all without being on my bike even if its only 15 miles an hour I still have to be on it.
I started at 13 miles and hr. I am now up to 24 miles an hour... YOU TOO CAN DO THIS!
