If you have a penchant for ice cream or frozen desserts, why not make a Fruit slushy? I treat myself like a queen when I make these. Take a big wine goblet or fancy dessert glass, add frozen fruit (cherries, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, etc.). This is where you can splurge...either pour diet cranberry juice over the fruit, OR wine (if you work it into your daily calorie in-take!) and then eat it with a spoon! The liguid turns slushy.
When I eat this, I try to "set the stage" for it....I light some candles, turn on some quiet music, grab a book and take my time to savor the fruity flavors. It is importatnt to make some ME time everyday! Be the Queen that you are!
