Everyone has something to say about dieting. They advise you to do this and that, and that can just make you say, ' Forget it.' because of too much info. Eventually, it all will seem that you are doing the wrong thing. Everyone has a body chemistry and type. Get credible advice from expert. Don't overwhelm yourself with everyone else's.

    Amen! This is helpful to me because I need help in focusing on my goals one step at a time. I tend to get overwhelmed with too much information and just forget about working on any goal. Thanks for the insight! emoticon

    I found all the information valuable, I know at first when I started a few months back I only browsed the nutrition and exercise section just now I start view the rest of the site, and see what I have been doing wrong and why the weight isn't sliding off like before, find your rhythm first then come back and visit this portion when your ready for great advise. emoticon

    Yes I agree and have felt overwhelmed not knowing which way to turn, I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt that way. Good advice !
