Just because pasta is not high in fat does not make it better for you. It has a higher GI value meaning that you create an insulin response when blood sugar gets too high. asta
Contains less fibre meaning it is not so filling and leads to more overeating. Veggies are higher in fibre & will keep you fuller, Broccoli, spiach, green beans, a sweet potato to name some are better as they are not wheat based & will give you more energy.Cutting down on starchy type foods will help you burn calories
