Even if we organize, zip tie or tape wires, they seem to always become a mess and you can never figure out which wire goes where. We bought a package of multi-colored electrical tape & put a piece of tape around the wire at the end that goes into the TV and then put a matching piece on the back of the component , this cuts down on confusion since we have Blu Ray, stereo, a VCR & kids that pull out the wires to play video games

This is a great tip! Right now I'm looking at my computer wires and they are all tangled together! It's been a daily battle while I'm on the road doing book signings to keep the wires untangled since I am packing my computer every time I have to go to a new town. Virginia R. Be an organized person
Every day I plan for what needs to be done and then tick it off my list. That list can be in my head or on paper. Items on list are shower, clean and tidy house, eat 3 meals and 1 or two snacks, drink 8 cups of water daily in any form(herbal tea, water with lime or just water) walk the dogs, deal with interpersonal relationships, budget and pay bills, talk to my soul and pray.

In October 2011 I was not able to complete a 5K walk that incorporated walking up 1000 steps (the annual Bisbee 1000, AZ). The next day I set out to lose 65 pounds and increase my strength and endurance so I can go back in 2012 and complete the walk. That is my motivation to "train."
