Easy Calorie Tracking Using A 100 Calorie *favorite* Favorite.

My *FAVORITE* favorite is named simply "100." Its a 100 calorie favorite I use when tracking food gets too complex or I don't have the time. For example, tonight we had spaghetti. I seriously don't have the time to track 1/4 cup fresh tomatos, 1/4 cup fresh onion, 1tbsp garlic....you get the idea. So I kept a fairly close running calorie total using the serving sizes on the packages. After cooking, eating and cleaning all I have to do is put in 6.5 servings of "100" to track the 650 calories.

MORE INFORMATION:
Sure you loose the nutritional information but this is much better than no tracking at all. Some days there just isn't time to track all 10 ingedients that go into my egg beaters, tofu, super duper veggie omlet so this makes it easy.

    This is absolutely brilliant! I find that I eat a lot of the same foods, or portions of food. So if I use your trick, it'll help me with those tedious foods that have lots of elements. Thanks for this!!!
