Neuro=Brain, Liguistic=Words. It means changing what a word means to you. Hunger, Exercise, Diet... These are not words that are positive to us. Change what it means! Hunger is just feeling the fat leaving the body. That's what it feels like. Enjoy it!
I have to change my computer login password at work quite frequently, and it must contain a combination of letters and numbers and upper and lower case. The other day, I thought why don't I change it to my goal weight along with the words "for me" so that I have to enter it every day.
So, maybe this could work for some of you... change your computer passwords to a motivational phrase or one of your goals. I.e. - Maybe next I'll do Halfin2010 since I want to run a half marathon this year. A daily reminder of what you are striving for can be very helpful.
