When my clothes start getting snug on me, I tell myself over and over time to start doing healthy things. It might take me 3 or 4 times to tell myself that, but then I think it finally sinks in. I get to business and exercise; go for walks and eat right.

I went to a thrift store and bought 3 inexpensive jeans, kinda tight but not to tight. When those jeans start to feel lose I take those old jeans back to the thrift store then buy another 3 kinda snug jeans. I could tell I was losing weight buy the way the jeans felt, and it makes me feel like I accomplished something. Like a game, for each pants size is a new level of weight loss and I get to go out and buy more jeans while getting to get rid of bigger ones.
Make sure NOT to buy clothes to tight
lying down, bending or exercising soon after eating and avoiding tight clothes with tight waists can provide some relief. Losing weight, eating smaller more frequent meals, reducing stress and sleeping with your head raised are all also good. Stay away from tomatoes, citrus, spicy or fatty foods, alcohol, caffeine and carbonated beverages and chocolate. they are all trigger foods that can cause esophagus inflammation and ulcers.
Don't quit when things are not moving the direction you want them to....if the scale is stuck...the clothes are tight. Give yourself a RESTART, go back to basics....change things up alittle....give yourself a POSITIVE PEP TALK!!!
